Seyad Home Industries Private Limited (SHIPL) is primarily engaged in the manufacture of beedi and marketing the same through its parent company viz., Seyadu Beedi company.

SHIPL was incorporated on 24.10.2002 by taking over the erstwhile Seyad Cottage Industries engaged in the manufacture of beedies for Seyad Beedi Company through its manjor seven branches located ina different  geographical location in the district.

The Cheif objective of giving birth to SHPL was to corporatise the activities of beedi manufacturing and to expand the horizon of its business by entering in to ventures of diversifleld fields.

The company was started with an authorised capital of Rs.100 lacs which is now increased to Rs.200 lacs. The paid up capital which was Rs.12.00 lacs as on 31 March 2003 has now improved to Rs. 95.25 lacs as on date.

The company is well managed by a team of Directors under the leadership of Mr. F.Seyad Rabbani, the Managing Director of the company.
