The Company was incorporated on 1989 as Private Limited Company known as Moons Spinners Ltd. In Soorangudi Village, Nanguneri Taluk for the manufacture of cotton by a team of following person who also acted as directors of the company.

The controlling interest of the unit was acquired by seyad Group of companies during March 2001 purchase of the shares of the company and subsequently the Board was reconstituated by a team of Directors led by Haji.F.Seyad Rabbanni MD
